You may be right. Snyder has a horrible track record of making decisions on things he knows nothing about. But we must hope that by hiring someone with football operations experience (versus two bit low rent actor friends) he is doing the right thing. We will not be a great team next year. But we do need to see improvement from September to December each of the next 2- 3 years.
