Papa's Basement Radio Show

In Memory Of Chris Lingebach — Papa’s Basement 527

John Papageorgiou April 18, 2017

Background
May the valkyries shepherd you to Valhalla, brave viking. (I can’t decide if he looks more dead or roofied in this picture.)

Chris Lingebach (1987-2017) was an immense comedic talent cut down far before his time. He was also, more importantly, a good friend. A friend who happened to suffer from high anxiety.

You see, Chris Lingebach is taking a vacation to Mexico this Wednesday. And, while he isn’t certain how he’s going to die on said vacation, he’s sure that he will. Is that the anxiety talking? Maybe. But don’t leap to that conclusion. I mean, that would be vintage Chris, lulling us into a false sense of security only to yank the rug out from under us.

So, be it a terrorist bombing his plane, a Mexican drug cartel or simple intestinal parasite that Chris thinks will take him to his great reward, humor the man and listen to this episode, which will be his last (according to him).
